You can get a library card to check out books, magazines, books on tape, and movies. They also have many virtual resources including books, language instruction (help you learn English), They also offer many programs at their libraries for adults and children.
You can also get free passes to some of Atlanta’s attractions. The passes are popular, so it may take some time to get them.
Programs to help adults learn English
I don’t have any experience with these classes. I’m sure there are also many more.

Apps for learning English
I’m sure there a many more, here are two that I’ve heard about. I don’t have any experience with them.
Busuu: Learn English Speaking – There is a free version, so you can try it out to see if you like it
Duolingo: this is for beginning English learners, it looks like this is a free app that you can put on your phone or tablet so you can practice whenever it is convenient.
